PROCEDURE

实验过程

A solution of Example 78A (0.065 g, 0.25 mmol), ethyl chloro(oxo)acetate (0.028 mL, 0.25 mmol), and pyridine (0.02 mL, 0.25 mmol) in dichloromethane (5 mL) was stirred at room temperature overnight and partitioned between water and dichloromethane. The organic extract was washed with brine, dried (MgSO4), filtered, and concentrated. The concentrate was purified by silica gel column chromatography with 5% methanol/dichloromethane to provide 60 mg of the desired product. MS (ESI(+)) m/e 371(M+H)+; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.15 (t, J=7.46 Hz, 3H); 1.34 (t, J=7.12 Hz, 3H); 2.64 (q, J=7.46 Hz, 2H); 4.34 (q, J=7.12 Hz, 2H); 7.41 (d, J=8.48 Hz, 2H); 7.93 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 2H); 8.27 (s, 1H); 11.00 (s, 1H).
