To a scintillation vial was added 2-(3-bromo-1,2,4-triazin-6-yl)thiazole-5-carbonitrile (directly from above reaction), 2-(3-(difluoromethoxy)pyridin-2-yl)propan-2-amine (100 mg, 500 μmol), and CH3CN (2 mL). The reaction was heated to 90° C. and stirred for 12 h. The reaction was then concentrated and purified using silica gel chromatography to afford 15 mg of 2-(3-(2-(3-(difluoromethoxy)pyridin-2-yl)propan-2-ylamino)-1,2,4-triazin-6-yl)thiazole-5-carbonitrile.
