Reaction Steps
4-Benzyloxyphenylboric acid (3.42 g, 15 mmol), cyclopentenone (1.1 mL, 13 mmol) and (S)-BINAP were used as ligands and treated in a similar manner to (Step 1) of (Example 3) to give the title compound (3.16 g, 95%).
