The product from Step (b) above (3.0 g, 11.4 mmol) and 5% Pd/C (1 g) were combined in MeOH (40 mL) and hydrogenated uner a balloon of H2 for 3 h. The mixture was filtered through Celite and the filtrate was concentrated to give the title compound as a dark solid (2.6 g, 98%). NMR 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-D6) δ 10.62 (s, 1H), 7.97 (dd, J=7.9, 1.8, 1H), 6.93-6.89 (m, 2H), 5.26 (s, 2H), 2.52 (s, 3H), 2.08 (s, 3H) (MS m/z 233.2 [M+H]+
