Reaction Steps
A mixture of 2-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)pyridine-4-carbonitrile (20 mg, 0.12 mmol), 1-(2-chloroethyl)pyrrolidine hydrogen chloride (34 mg, 0.2 mmol) and cesium carbonate (130 mg, 0.4 mmol) in 2 mL DMF was heated at 90° C. for 2 hr. The reaction mixture was purified by ISCO flash column chromatography (MeOH/DCM=0-100%). [M+H] Calc'd for C15H17N5, 268. Found, 268.
