Reaction Steps

Intermediate 60.4 was prepared under similar conditions as described in the preparation of Intermediate 20.1 using 2-chloro-5-fluoro-4-(4-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl)pyrimidine and [3-nitro-5-(pentafluoro-λ6-sulfanyl)phenyl]methanol. The batch was purified by chromatography (DCM/EtOH 9:1) to give the desired product.
