2-((4S,5S)-1-(4-Bromophenyl)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)acetonitrile was prepared from 4-fluorobenzaldehyde and (4-bromophenyl)hydrazine following the procedure for the preparation of 4-((4S,5S)-5-(cyanomethyl)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)benzonitrile (example 91G).
