Procedure
The title compound (59 mg) is prepared as a pale yellow solid in analogy to the procedures given in Example 1 starting from 3-(4-(5-(2-cyclopentyl-6-methoxypyridin-4-yl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)-2-ethyl-6-methylphenoxy)propyl methanesulfonate (150 mg, 0.291 mmol) and glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride (203 mg, 1.46 mmol); LC-MS: tR=0.96 min, [M+H]+=495.25; 1H NMR (CD3OD): δ 7.88 (s, 1H), 7.86 (s, 1H), 7.53 (s, 1H), 7.28 (s, 1H), 3.98-4.03 (m, 2H), 4.00 (s, 3H), 3.84 (s, 2H), 3.38-3.44 (m, 2H), 3.24-3.31 (m, 1H), 2.78 (q, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 2.41 (s, 3H), 2.23-2.32 (m, 2H), 2.06-2.17 (m, 2H), 1.85-1.97 (m, 4H), 1.72-1.82 (m, 2H), 1.32 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 3H).
