Prepared analogously to Compound 22C using 2,6-Dichloro-5-trifluoromethylpyrimidine (2.2 g, 10.3 mmol) and (4-amino-3-chlorobenzyl)phosphonic acid diethyl ester (Compound 24D, 2.2 g, 7.94 mmol) to afford 1.1 g of the title compound (30%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ=1.22-1.26 (m, 6H), 3.1 (d, J=22 Hz, 2H), 3.99-4.08 (m, 4H), 7.23 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.36 (s, 1H), 7.83 (brs, 1H), 8.3 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 1H), 8.57 (s, 1H).
