A solution of ethyl (4-{[4-({6-[1-(3-hydroxypropyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]-2-(methylcarbamoyl)pyridin-3-yl}amino)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-2-yl]amino}-3-methoxybenzyl)propylphosphinate (Compound 37B, 10 mg, 0.015 mmol) in pyridine (1 mL) was charged with bromotrimethylsilane (0.012 mL, 0.087 mmol). The reaction was stirred at rt for 20 min. The material was not isolated. MS (ESI): m/z 663.23 [M+H]+. UPLC: tR=0.85 min (polar—2 min).
