Reaction Steps

To a solution of compound 11a (250 mg, 1.20 mmol) in dry DCM (15 mL) was added Dess-Martin periodinane (1.014 g, 2.40 mmol) at 0° C. under N2 atmosphere and the solution was stirred at rt for 2 h. The resulting solution was quenched with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and diluted with EA. The organic portion was washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4, filtered, concentrated under reduced pressure and purified by CC (DCM/MeOH=150:1) to give compound 11 (140 mg, 57%) of as a yellow solid.
