A mixture of 2-chloro-N-cyclopropyl-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-7-tosyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (85 mg, 0.19 mmol), N-(4-aminophenyl)-N-methylacetamide (72 mg, 0.44 mmol) and TMSCl (0.100 mL, 0.79 mmol) in nBuOH (3 mL) was stirred at 135° C. for 18 h. It was then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (25 mg). MS 414.3 (M+H); UV 202.8, 280.8 nm.
