A mixture of 2-chloro-N-cyclopropyl-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-7-tosyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (85 mg, 0.19 mmol), 6-amino-3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(1H)-one (70 mg, 0.43 mmol) and TMSCl (0.100 mL, 0.79 mmol) in nBuOH (3 mL) was stirred at 135° C. for 18 h. More TMSCl (0.200 mL) was added. Stirring was continued at 135° C. for another 68 h. It was then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (5 mg). MS 412.3 (M+H); UV 201.8, 295.8 nm.
