To a solution of butyl 2-(4-(4-(cyclobutylamino)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-ylamino)-N-methylphenylsulfonamido)acetate (15 mg, 0.031 mmol) in MeOH (2 mL), aqueous 1N NaOH (1.00 mL, 1.00 mmol) was added. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. Glacial HOAc (0.20 mL) was added to neutralize NaOH. When water was added, precipitate came out, which was collected by filtration to give the titled compound (3 mg). MS 431.0 (M+H); UV 206.1, 312.7 nm.
