A mixture of 2-chloro-N-cyclobutyl-6-methyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (55 mg, 0.23 mmol), 6-aminoindazole (62 mg, 0.46 mmol) and trimethylsilyl chloride (0.040 mL, 0.31 mmol) in nBuOH (2 mL) was heated at 116° C. overnight. It was then purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (6 mg). MS 334.4 (M+H); UV 239.1, 316.2 nm
