A mixture of 2-chloro-N-cyclopropyl-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-7-tosyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (135 mg, 0.307 mmol), 4-aminobenzamide (100 mg, 0.735 mmol) and trimethylsilyl chloride (0.200 mL, 1.58 mmol) in nBuOH (3 mL) was stirred at 135° C. for 48 h. It was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (9 mg). MS 386.2 (M+H); UV 201.8, 309.8 nm.
