Following the general procedure outlined in Example 3, 1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-4-yl{bis[4-(methyloxy)phenyl]}methanol (0.0498 g, 0.141 mmol) and 2-bromoethyl phenylmethyl ether (0.0334 mL, 0.211 mmol) in 2 CH3CN/3 CHCl3 (4.0 mL) were reacted to give the desired product (0.0374 g, 46.7%). EI-MS m/z 488 (M+) Rt (1.94 min).
