This compound was prepared from 5,6-dichloro-2-(2-isopropoxyethoxy)nicotinonitrile and 7-fluorobenzo[c][1,2]oxaborole-1,5(3H)-diol in a similar manner to that of D230. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ (ppm) 1.01 (d, J=4.5 Hz, 6H), 3.45-3.48 (m, 1H), 3.51-3.53 (m, 2H), 4.11-4.14 (m, 2H), 5.03 (s, 2H), 7.14 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.22 (s, 1H), 8.62 (s, 1H), 9.35 (s, 1H).
