Versuchsvorschrift

44.3 mg of compound (49) was dissolved in 5 ml of ethyl acetate and allowed to react in the presence of a catalytic amount of 10% palladium-carbon under stirring under a hydrogen atmosphere at room temperature for 70 minutes. The reaction solution was filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to give the crude reaction product. The crude reaction product was charged onto a silica gel column (Kieselgel 60, Merck, 1.5φ×15 cm) and eluted with 150 ml of n-hexane-ethyl acetate (2:1), 200 ml of n-hexane-ethyl acetate (1:3) and finally chloroform-methanol (10:1) to give 19.8 mg of compound (50) as a colorless oily substance.
