Reaction Steps

To a solution of (3) (40 mg, 0.15 mmol) in DMSO (1.6 mL) was added 2-(diethylamino)ethyl-4-aminobenzoate (38 mg, 0.16 mmol). The mixture was irradiated at 140° C. for 10 min. After cooling to room temperature, the mixture was purified by reverse-phase chromatography to furnish the desired product (4) (32.2 mg, 0.046 mmol) as a trifluoroacetate salt. MS calcd. for C26H30N7O2 m/z calcd 472.24 (M+H),+ found 472.24.
