To a pyridine solution (1 mL) of 7-methyl-3-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrocinnolin-5-ol (61.6 mg, 0.2 mmol) obtained in Example 6 was added acetic anhydride (0.027 mL, 0.24 mmol) under ice cooling and subjected to reaction at room temperature for 2 hours. The reaction solution was concentrated as it is under reduced pressure, followed by purification of thus obtained residue using silica gel column chromatography (hexane/ethyl acetate=3/1) to obtain an objective compound (57.6 mg, 82.3%).
