Reaction Steps

The compound obtained in Example 63 (176 mg, 0.28 mmol) was dissolved in methanol (100 mL) and palladium (10 wt. % on activated charcoal, 200 mg) was added. The mixture was hydrogenated at ambient temperature at 60 psi over night, filtered through Celite® and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by HPLC and lyophilized to give the title compound (104 mg, 69%).
