Reaction Steps
A solution of Example 20A (240 mg, 0.66 mmol), ethyl iodide (0.11 mL, 1.32 mmol), and triethylamine (0.18 mL, 1.32 mmol) in THF at 45° C. was stirred for 4 hours and concentrated. The concentrate was purified by flash column chromatography with 30% ethyl acetate/hexanes to provide the desired product.
