PROCEDURE

实验过程

Following General Procedure C above and using 3,5-difluorophenylacetic acid (Aldrich) and 1-tert-butoxycarbonyl-2-(1-aminoethyl)-4-methoxycarbonyl-4-phenyl-2-imidazoline (Example K), the title compound was prepared as a white foam (90%). The reaction was monitored by tlc (Rf=0.39 in 3:2 hexanes/EtOAc) and the product was purified by flash column chromatography.
