Reaction Steps
A solution of Example 33B (1.1 g, 3.57 mmol) in THF (20 mL) at room temperature was treated with 1N NH3 in methanol (7.14 mL, 7.14 mmol), stirred for 24 hours, and filtered. The filter cake was washed with diethyl ether (100 mL) to provide the desired product (0.4 g, 52%).
