The titled compound of Example 47 (34 mg, 0.073 mmol) was dissolved in 5 ml of methanol, and then added potassium carbonate (26 mg), followed by stirring for 24 hours at a room temperature. Water was added to the reaction mixture, which was then extracted with methylene chloride, dried over MgSO4 and concentrated. The resulting residue was purified by a column chromatography(mobile phase: hexane:ethylacetate:methanol=20:30:1 (v:v:v)) to prepare the titled compound (6 mg, 21%).
