Using 5-methyl-thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride and 7-(3-dimethylamino-pyrrolidin-1-yl)-4-methoxy-benzothiazol-2-yl-amine the title compound was prepared using the general method of example 1 as yellow solid (90%), MS: m/e=417 (M+H+).
