A solution of the crude resultant compound of Example 166 (0.075 mmol) in 2 mL of dioxane was treated with 0.6 mL (0.3 mmol) of LiOH (0.5M in H2O) and allowed to stir at ambient temperature for 2 days. After removal of the solvent, purification by flash column chromatography using 3% methanol/chloroform gave 18.3 mg (49%) of the desired compound (Rf 0.10, 2% methanol/chloroform).
