实验过程

This compound is prepared according to the procedure described in EXAMPLE 1 from 7 g of 3-amino-5-chloro-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,3-dihydroindol-2-one and 6 g of 2-methoxy-4-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride. The expected product is obtained after crystallization from a DCM/iso ether/THF mixture. m=9.4 g. M.p.=229° C.
