Reaction Steps
To a solution of tert-butyl (2,7-dioxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-imidazo[1,5,4-fg][1,6]benzodiazocin-1(2H)-yl)acetate from Step D (15 mg, 0.045 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (3 mL) was added TFA (1 mL). After 2 h, the mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure to give the title compound. MS: m/z 276 (M+1).
