Procedure

To a solution of 1-(2-amino-ethyl)-4-phenyl-piperidine-4-carboxylic acid benzyl-methyl-amide (Example B8., 0.25 mmol) in CH2Cl2 is added a freshly prepared solution of 4-isocyanato-2-methyl-6-(E)-styryl-pyridine (Example C2., 0.3 mmol) in toluene (2 mL). The mixture is stirred for 15 h at 20° C. Evaporation of the solvent and purification by HPLC provides the title compound.
