Procedure
Following the procedure of Example 3, making variations only as required to use pyrrolidine-1-carbonyl chloride in place of isoxazole-5-carbonyl chloride to react with 6-piperazin-1-yl-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid (2-cyclopropylethyl)amide, the title compound was obtained as a white powder (54% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.04, 7.98, 6.99, 3.79, 3.56, 3.47-3.45, 3.40, 1.87-1.85, 1.52, 0.80-0.72, 0.48-0.46, 0.10-0.09.
