Procedure
Following the procedure of Example 9, making variations only as required to use 2,6-dichloropyridine-3-carboxylic acid in place of 2,5-dichlorobenzoic acid to react with 6-piperazin-1-yl-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid (2-cyclopropylethyl)amide, the title compound was obtained as a white solid (19% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.06, 7.97, 7.65, 7.37, 7.01, 3.70-4.10, 3.29-3.61, 1.52, 0.68-0.80, 0.42-0.49, 0.06-0.13. MS (ES+) m/z 449 (M+1).
