Following the procedure of Example 14, making variations only as required to use 4,4,4-trifluoro-3-methylbutyric acid in place of 4,4,4-trifluoro-2-methylbutyric acid to react with 6-piperazin-1-yl-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid (3-methylbutyl)amide, the title compound was obtained as a white flaky solid (63% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.07, 7.85, 7.00, 3.69-3.98, 3.67, 3.50, 3.00, 2.71, 2.35, 1.70, 1.50, 1.20, 0.95. MS (ES+) m/z 415 (M+1).
