1-(3,5-Dimethoxy-phenyl)-2-{2-[3-(3-piperidin-1-yl-propoxy)-phenyl]pyrrolidin-1-yl}-ethanone. Prepared as described in Example 8, Step 1, on a 3.80 mmol scale, to give 1.10 g (90%) of the desired product as a pale yellow oil after chromatography (NH3 in MeOH/CH2Cl2). MS: exact mass calcd for C28H38N2O4, 466.3; m/z found, 467.4 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (MeOH-d4): 7.16 (t, J=7.8, 1H), 6.95 (m, 3H), 6.90 (d, J=7.5, 1H), 6.75 (m, 1H), 6.33 (m, 1H), 3.93 (m, 3H), 3.76 (s, 6H), 3.43 (m, 2H), 3.37 (m, 1H), 2.48 (m, 6H), 2.33 (m, 1H), 2.15 (m, 1H), 1.95 (m, 3H), 1.80 (m, 1H), 1.69 (m, 1H), 1.60 (m, 4H), 1.46 (br s, 2H).
