Procedure
Following the procedure of Example 2, making variations only as required to use cyclopropylmethoxyacetic acid in place of benzyloxyacetic acid to react with [4-(6-aminopyridazin-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl](2-trifluoromethylphenyl)methanone, the title compound was obtained as a white powder (41% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 9.17, 8.32, 7.72, 7.61, 7.54, 7.35, 4.10, 4.01-3.88, 3.69-3.61, 3.57-3.55, 3.43, 3.33-3.30, 1.14-1.08, 0.61-0.57, 0.27-0.24. MS (ES+) m/z 464.5 (M+1).
