The title compound was prepared from protected phenyl-thiadiazole 6a in 90% (579 mg) yield. HPLC retention time on a C8(2) column (30×50 mm, 3 μL) is 1.68 min with gradient 50-98% acetonitrile-H2O (0.1% TFA) in 3.5 min as mobile phase. MS (ESI, M+H+)=446.2; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.21 (dd, 1H, J=9.0 Hz, J=2.0 Hz), 8.15 (d, 1H, J=2.0 Hz), 7.45 (d, 1H, J=8.4), 4.21 (t, 2H, J=6.2 Hz), 3.74-3.85 (m, 3H), 1.68-1.77 (m, 5H), 1.25-1.45 (m, 12H), 0.849 (t, 3H, J=6.4).
