The product of Example 48, and 2-aminoethanol were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 8-(2,6-difluoro-phenyl)-4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-ethylamino)-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 2.26 (s, 3H), 3.18 (m, 2H), 3.53 (m, 2H), 3.70 (br s, 1H), 6.21 (br s, 1H), 6.40 (d, 1H, J=9.7 Hz), 7.09 (m, 4H), 7.21-7.65 (m, 3H). LC MS (n/e)=427 (MH+). Rt=1.96 min.
