Reaction Steps

Following the general procedure outlined in Example 126, the product of Example 121 (222 mg, 0.52 mmol) and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (0.25 mL, 2.62 mmol) were reacted to give the crude material. Purification by Flash chromatography eluting with dichloromethane/ethanol/triethylamine (100/1/2, v/v/v), followed by preparative HPLC, eluting with acetonitrile/H2O (10/90, v/v to 90/10, v/v, over 10 min), gave the desired product 25 mg (11%). LC-MS: 433.4 (MH+, m/z), 2.10 (Rt, min).
