Following the general procedure outlined in Example 217, the product of Example 48 (100 mg, 0.22 mmol) and cytosine (124 mg, 1.12 mmol) were reacted to give the crude material. Preparative HPLC afforded the title compound, 27 mg (20%). LC-MS: 477.2 (MH+, m/z), 1.77 (Rt, min).
