Reaction Steps

Following the general procedure outlined in Example 217, the product of Example 48 (150 mg, 0.33 mmol) and 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (141 mg, 1.68 mmol) were reacted to give the crude material. Preparative hplc afforded the title compound 28 mg (15%). LC-MS: 450.2 (MH+, m/z), 1.79 (Rt, min).
