The product from Example 2g (100 mg, 0.48 mmol) was reacted with the product from Example 39e (140 mg, 0.48 mmol) for 22 h at 120° C. following the procedure from Example 1g giving the title compound as a solid (120 mg, 54%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 0.99 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 3H), 1.86 (sextet, J=7.3 Hz, 2H), 2.06 (s, 3H), 2.36 (s, 3H), 3.01 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 2H), 6.28 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 7.12-7.35 (m, 5H), 7.55 (dd, J=12.1, 2.2 Hz, 1H), 7.82 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 8.42 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 9.04 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H); MS (ESI+) m/z 461 (M+H)+, ESI− m/z 459 (M−H)−.
