Procedure
The product from Example 5 (80 mg, 0.195 mmol) was reacted with the methanesulfonyl chloride (22.3 mg, 0.195 mmol) for 18 h following the procedure from Example 58 giving the crude title compound which was purified by HPLC with TFA providing the trifluoroacetic acid salt (36 mg, 32%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 8.88 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 1H) 8.39 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1H) 7.76 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 1H) 7.45-7.51 (m, 1H) 7.35-7.42 (m, 2H) 7.26 (d, 2H) 7.19 (d, 2H) 6.33 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1H) 3.34 (s, 3H) 2.75 (s, 3H) 2.40 (s, 3H); MS (DCI NH3+) m/z 452 (M+H)+.
