The product from Example 16c (50 mg, 0.30 mmol) was reacted with the product from Example 144a (107 mg, 0.30 mmol) for 18 h following the procedure from Example 1g giving the crude title compound which was purified by HPLC with TFA providing the product as a trifluoroacetic acid (109 mg, 60%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 2.77 (s, 3 H) 5.16 (s, 2 H) 6.25 (d, J=6.98 Hz, 1 H) 6.66 (d, J=8.83 Hz, 2 H) 7.07-7.25 (m, J=8.46 Hz, 5 H) 7.38-7.53 (m, 3 H) 7.80 (d, J=8.45 Hz, 1 H) 8.40 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1 H) 8.99 (d, J=8.83 HZ, 1 H) 9.79 (s,1 H) 11.02 (br s,1H) 14.38 (br s,1 H); MS (ESI+) m/z 500 (M+H−TFA)+; (ESI−) m/z 498 (M−H−TFA)−.
