Procedure

The product from Example 1d (100 mg, 0.559 mmol) was reacted with the product from Example 143a (224 mg, 0.559 mmol) for 18 h following the procedure from Example 1g giving the crude title compound which was purified by HPLC with TFA providing the product as a trifluoroacetic acid (mg, %). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 2.77 (s, 3 H), 5.16 (s, 2 H), 6.26 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1 H), 6.65 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 2 H), 7.09-7.24 (m, 5 H), 7.37-7.44 (m, 3 H), 7.51 (s, 1H), 7.81 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1 H), 8.40 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1 H), 8.99 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1 H), 9.80 (s, 1 H), 11.04 (s, 1 H); MS (ESI+) m/z 500 (M+H−TFA)+; (ESI−) m/z 498 (M−H−TFA)−.
