Procedure
A mixture of the product from Example 83 (30 mg, 0.071 mmol) and acetic anhydride (3 mL) was stirred at 100° C. for 2 h, and then allowed to cool to room temperature. The resulting solid was collected by filtration, washed with H2O, and dried to give the title compound as an off-white solid (29 mg, 88%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 12.42 (s, 1H) 11.41 (d, J=2.21 Hz, 1H) 8.12 (d, J=1.47 Hz, 1H) 7.82 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 1H) 7.78 (d, J=8.09 Hz, 1H) 7.61 (dd, J=8.46, 1.84 Hz, 1H) 7.31 (q, J=2.70 Hz, 2H) 5.64 (dd, J=8.09, 2.21 Hz, 1H) 3.24 (s, 3H) 2.22 (s, 3H) 1.41 (s, 9H).
