To a stirred solution of 1-[(4-cyclobutyl-1,4-diazepan-1-yl)carbonyl]azetidin-3-ol (100 mg, 0.395 mmol) in DCM (5 ml) at 0° C. was added TEA (120 mg, 1.2 mmol) and methansulphonyl chloride (110 mg, 0.94 mmol). The mixture was stirred for 2 h at RT, then diluted with DCM (15 ml) and washed with saturated NaHCO3 (10 ml). The organic layer was separated, dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated providing the title compound as pale yellow solid (130 mg, 92%).
