To the solution of 5-2 (52 mg, 0.1 mmol) in 1 mL of MeOH was added 4M HCl/MeOH (2 mL) and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. The mixture was concentrated by evaporation and the residue was purified by prep.HPLC to give the product 5-3.
