This compound was prepared from ethyl 4-hydroxy-2-oxo-7-(phenylmethyl)-1,2 dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and cyclohexylmethylamine employing methods similar to those described in Example 2 and was obtained as a white solid: 1H NMR (d6-DMSO) δ 10.80 (1H, br), 8.32 (1H, br s), 7.39 (1H, s), 7.35-7.22 (5H, m), 4.05 (2H, br s), 3.17 (2H, t, J=6 Hz), 1.71-0.79 (11H, m); HRMS calcd for C23H25N3O3+H+: 392.1974. Found: 392.1956.
