This compound was prepared from ethyl 7-[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and cyclopropylamine employing methods similar to those described in Example 2 and was obtained as a white solid: 1H NMR (d6-DMSO) δ 11.80 (1H, br), 10.35 (1H, br), 8.35 (1H, br), 7.38 (1H, s), 7.30 (2H, m), 7.15 (2H, t, J=8.7 Hz), 4.06 (2H, br s), 2.85 (1H, m), 0.74 (2H, m), 0.51 (2H, m); HRMS calcd for C19H16FN3O3+H+: 354.1254. Found: 354.1255.
